Seth Blesyn

Seth Okaiteye Blesyn is a food product development and operations professional with experience in research and development, quality assurance, production management, and food safety systems within the food manufacturing industry. As Development Group Deputy Manager at GoldCoast Food Herbs and Spices, he supports product innovation, process improvement, and the successful execution of development projects that contribute to business growth and market expansion.

Over the course of his career, Seth has played a key role in developing and improving products that meet consumer needs and business objectives. As Research and Development Supervisor, he led the development of products such as Tealeys Drinks, Sankofa Kelewele Mix, and OCM Cereals, while also managing several products currently progressing toward commercialization. Prior to his current role, Seth served as Production Supervisor at Bloomway Industries Limited, where he oversaw daily production operations, ensured continuous production, met customer demand, and improved operational efficiency. He also served as Acting Manager for Chickenman and Pizzaman Sauce Production at GoldCoast Food Company, managing production activities, ensuring timely fulfillment of orders, and maintaining accountability for issued products.

Earlier, as a Quality Assurance Officer, he gained valuable experience in food safety, quality control, microbiological analysis, root cause investigations, and compliance with GMP, GHP, and HACCP requirements. Seth's expertise includes new product development, food processing, quality assurance, food safety management systems, sensory evaluation, process optimization, and production operations. He is committed to driving innovation, improving efficiency, and delivering high-quality products that create value for both consumers and the organization.
